Due to vacation time the office will be open on a limited basis from 8/12/21 - 8/23/21. We will only be open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm each day for prescription renewals and minor questions. We will be closed 8/14/21, 8/20/21, and 8/21/21. Thank you for your patience.
